When you use our contact form or ask us about a piece of work, we collect your name and email address, your organisation, an optional phone number, and whatever you tell us about the project.

We also collect standard technical information automatically: IP address and browser, the pages you visit and how long you spend, referral source, and device and operating system.

• Database access governed by row level security
• Security headers, access controls and authentication requirements
• Regular review of dependencies and configuration

07Retention

We keep your information for as long as we need it to provide the service, meet our legal obligations, and resolve any disputes. Contact enquiries are typically kept for two years unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

08International transfers

Your data may be processed outside the country you live in. Where that happens we rely on appropriate safeguards, including standard contractual clauses and adequacy decisions.

09Children's privacy

Our services are not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will remove it.

10Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be posted here with a revised effective date.
