Nothing on this site is an offer or a quotation. Any work we do for you is governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, price, timelines, intellectual property and liability. Where this site and that agreement conflict, the agreement takes precedence.

Descriptions of previous work are illustrative. They do not constitute a commitment to achieve the same outcome for you.

04Intellectual property

The content, design and code of this site belong to us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. Ownership of work delivered under a client engagement is set out in that engagement agreement, not here.

06Liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of the DIFC have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
